Nous utilisons des viandes nobles pour obtenir une go\u00fbt excellent.<\/p><p>Suivant les recettes de nos a\u00efeux, nous nettoyons et pr\u00e9parons les viandes avec des \u00e9pices, elles sont ensuite hach\u00e9es au hachoir puis mises en boyau naturel.
