elaboraci\u00f3n del d\u00eda. Utilizamos carnes nobles para conseguir un sabor excelente.<\/p><p>Siguiendo las recetas de nuestros abuelos, pulimos y preparamos las carnes y las especies, las picamos en la picadora y posteriormente las embutimos en tripa natural. Selecci\u00f3n de las carnes de cerdo m\u00e1s magras y del mejor piment\u00f3n de Murcia, para conseguir unos productos caracter\u00edsticos con un ligero sabor picante.
