Kochschinken Extra aus der Dose wird aus ganzen Schinkenst\u00fccken von Duroc-Schweinen (50 %) hergestellt. Diese werden auf traditionelle Weise mit Getreide und pflanzlichem Futter gem\u00e4stet. Es werden nur erstklassige Rohstoffe verwendet. Davor lassen wir ihn mindestens 2 Monate reifen, in dieser Zeit findet eine aromatische Stabilisierung zwischen dem Fleisch und den Kochs\u00e4ften statt, bei der die organoleptischen Eigenschaften dieses sensationellen Produkts potenziert werden. Au\u00dferdem kommt hierbei auch die unnachahmliche fein-saftige Textur zustande. Magerer und ges\u00fcnder: Hoher Gehalt an hochwertigen nat\u00fcrlichen Proteinen, essentiellen Vitaminen und Eisen.
