Wir suchen nur die schmackhaftesten Schweinefleischst\u00fccken aus, diese werden gehackt und nach unserem Familienrezept mit Salz und Pfeffer gew\u00fcrzt.<\/p><p>Anschlie\u00dfend werden sie in Naturdarm gef\u00fcllt. Durch einen langsamen und schonenden Kochvorgang bleiben die Aromen erhalten und werden intensiviert. Das Resultat sind traditionelle Land-Butifarras, die wie hausgemacht schmecken.
